ASSISTANT TRANSPORT COORDINATOR
Main responsibilities
- Order processing and coordination,
- Price calculations for customers,
- Providing the company’s existing customers with logistics services,
- Maintaining ongoing, long-term relationships with existing customers,
- Planning, organization and control of international and local freight transportation,
- Daily teamwork with drivers, colleagues, cooperation partners, suppliers abroad, other transport and logistics companies,
- Working with freight & transport exchanges.
Requirements
- Previous work experience in a transport-related field and/or education in the transport, logistics or economics sector,
- Analytical/mathematical thinking,
- Ability to work in a dynamic work environment, stress resistance,
- Good communication skills,
- Knowledge: MC Office (Excel, Word), working with databases,
- Good knowledge of Latvian, Russian and English at a conversational level and in business correspondence

- Working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00, in exceptional cases, work is also possible remotely.
