1. In case of changes in the cargo volume, transportation costs are calculated for the actual amount loaded.
2. Freight delivery is done within a reasonable period of time , based on the information available to the carrier.
3. Invoice payment should be done before the cargo delivery or according the term agreed.
4. According to § 23.3 of the CMR Convention & guidelines of Latvian Freight Forwarders Association Generale Rules LAFF § 22 regarding loss or damage of cargo, the carrier and forwarder's liability is limited to 8.33 XDR (~ 10 €) per gross kg of the part of the cargo lost or damaged.

The parties' rights and obligations are determined in accordance with the CMR Convention and General Regulations of the Latvian National Association of Freight Forwarders LAFF. By submitting the form, the customer agrees that personal data is processed and collected, if entered in form (eg name, surname, e-mail, phone, etc.). Data processor is SIA TERRA EXPRESS, LV40103176885, Čiekurkalna 2. line 75, Riga, LV-1026. Personal data will be used to prepare an offer and fulfill contractual obligations, if any, as well as to send commercial information. The Client agrees that SIA TERRA EXPRESS is entitled to transfer personal data to the company's cooperation partners directly involved in the providing agreed services to the client. The Customer is entitled to withdraw his consent for the processing of personal data. In this case, the personal data collected, if any, will be deleted, unless prohibited by applicable law. Withdrawal of the consent must be sent to the e-mail address: info@terraexpress.lv. The Client agrees that his personal data will be stored in the TERRA EXPRESS customer management system for 5 years after clients last order, as well as in the accounting system of SIA TERRA EXPRESS in the amount and within terms set by the relevant legislation.
